This is your daily horoscope for Monday, August 11th 2025. . The action starts out at 1230 AM when Mercury stations direct in the sign of Leo. Yes, this means that Mercury retrograde is finally over. So this is going to bring you back to July 17th, which was the day that Mercury stationed retrograde. Similar themes and topics may emerge. You could experience like a perspective shift. Maybe you have a revelation. Things are still going to feel a little wonky. Mercury isn't firing at full speed ahead, so there could be miscommunications and understandings. Technology can be a little funky today, so keep that in mind. But moving forward, we are now changing the direction that Mercury is moving in the sky and this should bring some sort of clarity, ease and a little more understanding of what you went through in your personal Mercury retrograde story. Now, on the same day, around 8.30 pm, saturn, retrograde in Aries, is going to form a sextile with Uranus and Gemini. Now this is taking place at one degree and this is a big deal because Saturn and Uranus are the outer planets. Saturn and Uranus met and formed a sextile earlier this year when Saturn was in the sign of Pisces and Uranus was in the sign of Taurus, and now they're meeting again. They're coming back together, but in two different signs, so they're highlighting two different sections of your birth chart. So you're going to want to pay attention to the Aries section and the Gemini sections of your birth chart. What themes and topics are associated with those areas of your lives and how can you blend them together to kind of get an understanding of what this means for you and how it might show up for you.

Saturn is a planet of commitment, responsibility, maturity and even expertise as well. Uranus is the innovator. Uranus encourages us to take risks. It liberates us. It is a planet of divine downloads and knowing so, when Saturn and Uranus come together, this can help you take constructive risks. This can also help you put together some sort of foundation or structure that enables you to take a risk or to try something differently. This pushes you out of your comfort zone in a way that is productive and constructive for your future.

Now, when I think about this on a global and collective level, this is wonderful energy for organizing, for coming together and for world building, for building the world we know that we deserve as humans. So maybe there is a new group or community that you want to join, maybe you want to start volunteering, maybe there's an organization that you really believe in and you can lend your expertise, whether it is one hour or two hours a week or a day or whatever that looks like for you a month to offer some of your gifts and service back into your community and coming together, helping out one another, getting to know our community members and our neighbors and the people around us. This is where the shift and change begins. So I just think that is a really wonderful way to use and tap into this energy. We might also start to see the dismantling of some outdated systems, harmful, oppressive systems. Maybe there are subtle shifts and changes that are bringing us closer towards the world we deserve and, hopefully, liberation for all.

Now, around 10 30 PM, venus in Cancer forms a conjunction with Jupiter in Cancer. This is taking place at 14 degrees. If you listen to the monthly forecast for August with Laura Chung and myself, you will know that we said the first week and a half of August has one of the most difficult aspects of the year, but also one of the cutest. This is the cutest. Venus in Cancer forms a conjunction with Jupiter in Cancer. These are the two benefics in the sky, the two luckiest planets in the sky coming together.

Now a lot of astrologers earlier this year, myself included kind of I'm going to say kind of for that we're talking about the Jupiter Kazemi as a very lucky moment when Jupiter met with the sun and yes and no that Kazemi was so close to the Saturn-Neptune square that that almost kind of snuffed out any of the blessings, abundance and just bliss that can be found when Jupiter meets with another positive or fortunate planet. So I'm including myself as kind of, because if you listen to my podcast I definitely was like this is not as cute as it seems. But if you follow me on Instagram you probably saw that I made a video for Well and Good. That was like it's the luckiest day of the year. Well, that was like a pop astrology take and that was at the direction of the editorial staff Kind of. I mean, you know they want something that is a little bit more palatable, right to their mainstream audience. So I tried to keep it positive. But you know, on my podcast I got to keep it real.

So, anywho, bringing it back to the Venus-Jupiter conjunction, this is fortunate because it is nowhere near that Saturn-Neptune square and so Venus and Jupiter are better able to exert their blessings, their fortune, and this might really just feel like a much needed moment of reprieve. This could be a very special moment with a loved one. This could be receiving an affirming message through a dream, an intuitive knowing. This is a great moment to do divination, to connect with your emotions, your sensual side, your physical body in some way. For some people. Of course, this can look like a blessing or good luck. For others, this can really just be a moment where you are feeling seen, heard, appreciated, and maybe that is lending you a deeper sense of emotional security.

Aries, when Venus and Jupiter come together in Cancer, this is going to bring a deep sense of security. You could experience some sort of blessing in your home. Maybe you find the perfect rental or the perfect roommate situation. Maybe you get a new cozy couch or you do a deep purge and your space just feels more aligned and comforting. This could also be a time where you are celebrating something in your family or chosen family. Maybe you are expanding your family, introducing a lover to your bestie, maybe you are, perhaps you're thinking about moving in with a lover. This can bring just a deep sense of peace, security and positive developments regarding your living situation and in your private life as well. And, as an added bonus, sometimes you might also experience some exciting developments in your professional world too.
