Aries Horoscope

This is your daily horoscope for Wednesday, February 25th, 2026. All times are Pacific Standard Time. Now around 2 a.m., the moon and Gemini will form a square with Venus and Pisces. This is going to kick up our sensitivities and our desires. It could look like a moment of craving more affection. It could look like a moment of wanting to indulge. Maybe you're taking action on a creative idea. Maybe you're having a steamy interaction with yourself or someone else. This can also bring important developments in your relationships. Sometimes it might also mark a moment where our needs aren't being met in the way in which we wish they were, or we are craving some sort of emotional support or moving through some sort of turning point or conflict in a key relationship as well. Now around 8:30 a.m., the moon and Gemini forms a square with Mercury and Pisces. This is going to kick up our Mercury retrograde story. That is because later today, Mercury is going to go retrograde in Pisces. And now we have the moon connecting with Mercury and bringing that energy down to us here on Earth. So this can also look like a busy time for communication. It can also be a moment where you learn important news, or you're catching up on emails, you're sending texts, maybe you're working on a writing project, or you're having an overactive mind. Sometimes this can also mark conflict and tension as well, or a difference between the head and the heart, or a need to advocate for yourself and stand up for yourself and what you believe. But this moment in the day will definitely foreshadow some of your personal Mercury retrograde story, what's to come, and themes and topics that are going to be involved. Now, around 3 p.m., the moon in Gemini forms a trine with Mars and Aquarius. And this is really wonderful energy to have for the majority of the day. This is going to keep you motivated and focused and confident to accomplish things, to go after who and what you want, to be productive. This energy is great for socializing, for collaborating, for coming together with others for a shared cause or belief and for defending and protecting those that you love and what you care about most. If there is something important that you want to get done, this is a great time to brainstorm, come up with solutions, and to make progress because there is that synergy between these two planets that are coming through in air signs. Later on at 9 p.m., the moon enters Cancer. And around 11 p.m., the moon in Cancer forms a square with Neptune in Aries. This is going to kick up Mercury retrograde energy yet again, even though Mercury is not technically retrograde just yet. That's coming in a couple of minutes. But around this time, you might feel confused or exhausted or uncertain or dealing with some fears or projections or anxiety, or maybe you just have this desire to escape and check out. I also find that when the moon squares Neptune and I'm trying to sleep, I go to bed early. I'm definitely asleep by 11 p.m., if not 8 p.m. on a good day. I find that I'm either having trouble sleeping or I'm in a deep slumber. Or if you have a tiny human or a fur baby that likes to run around against the zoomies in the middle of the night, perhaps they are up and inhibiting you from sleeping as well. Now, just a few minutes after this, Mercury is going to go retrograde in the sign of Pisces. This is taking place at 22 degrees. So if you have any planets or placements around 22 degrees of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces, you're the main characters for this retrograde. Now, we also had a Mercury retrograde in the sign of Pisces last year in April of 2025. So if you can think back to that time period and March of 2025 as well. So if you can think back to that time period themes, topics that were coming up for you, similar themes and topics might come up this time as well. However, before you panic, I also just want to say last year during the retrograde, we were coming out of a Mars retrograde and we also were in the middle of a Venus retrograde. So it was extra pronounced. So it's not going to be as dramatic this time around, but there might be some correlation between the themes and topics that you're dealing with. Now, on top of this, it's super important to note that Mercury retrograde is disruptive as it is. But when Mercury is retrograde in the sign of Pisces, which in traditional astrology is said to be in its fall, that means that it struggles even a little bit more. So we can overexplain ourselves and, you know, what's it called? Put your foot in your mouth. This can be a time where you're speaking and you're regretting what you're saying or it's not coming out right and people are misunderstanding you. And it can also be a time where things just take longer to unfold. So just know that miscommunication and misunderstanding is in the air. Do your best to try to not take things personally. Do your best to not assume other people's feelings or intentions because when Mercury goes through the sign of Pisces, we lead with our instinct. And this is a very intuitive placement. So it's a lot easier for us to just assume that we know what other people are thinking. And maybe we forget to ask, or maybe we forget to clarify, and we just lead with our intuition instead of having that one-on-one interaction, which could clarify quite a bit. So just keep that in mind as you move through the cosmic energy over the next few weeks. And finally, around 11:30 p.m., the moon and cancer will form a square with Saturn and Aries. And this is not the best of energies. This can bring up feelings of disappointment, of feeling exhausted, of reaching your own limits, needing to set a boundary. Maybe you're having trouble sleeping if this is taking place at night where you live, or maybe you are dealing with some sort of responsibility that pops up, or you are just feeling a little bit more serious around this time. There could be some sort of obligation that you need to tend to, or a feeling of just being disappointed in some way. But just know that this energy will clear up and hopefully you sleep through it or you just push through it because it should only last a few hours.

Aries, when Mercury goes retrograde in Pisces, you might be feeling a little sleepier. This can definitely be a period of time where you're dealing with insomnia, you're struggling to sleep, or you're just more exhausted than normal. If you have been burning the candle at both ends, this is also a moment where that exhaustion and overdoing it catches up with you. This is a period of time to really reflect on your own limits, your boundaries, your own habits and patterns that are maybe self-defeating or keeping you stuck or in a cycle that you're ready to break free from. This can also be a powerful time to do inner healing work, to return to some sort of spiritual practice, to reconnect with your inner voice and your intuition in a new way. Paying attention to your dreams, the signs, the synchronicities that show up in your waking life as well can also be incredibly healing and meaningful. This is a period of wrapping up things, whether it's ending a cycle, ending a relationship, leaving a job, kind of taking the time to really reflect on what has overstayed its welcome so you can start over and begin fresh.

Taurus, when Mercury goes retrograde in Pisces, this brings attention to your friendship. So it is very possible that old friends from the past re-enter your orbit. Maybe a friend from high school asks to be your friend on social media or you run into someone random while you're visiting your hometown or something of the sort. This can also bring some sort of tension to your friendship. So if there are any issues that you've ignored, this could be a moment where they kind of come to the surface so you can rework that dynamic or engage in conflict resolution. Sometimes this can also bring delays to some of your hopes and dreams for your future that you're focused on, or it's an invitation to reflect on what really feels meaningful and joyful. And maybe there is a goal you had in your past that it's time to revisit.

Gemini, when Mercury goes retrograde in Pisces, this brings attention to your life direction. So there could be major themes unfolding at this time. Maybe you're considering moving, maybe you're rethinking your career path. Perhaps major players or people from your past are re-entering your world. Sure, that could be an ex, but it could be a best friend that you've lost touch with, or it could be an old coworker who reaches out with a new job opportunity. It could be a family member you haven't heard from. But in general, you're really thinking about how you spend your time, your long-term goals and milestones that you've been focused on. Do they still feel fulfilling? Is that the direction that you want to head? Is there a different skill or career path or a different role that you want to play in the world? This is your time to reinvent yourself. Now, practically speaking, at work, there can also be delays, frustrations, and drama in the workplace as well.

This is a powerful time to adopt a beginner's mindset and to remember that we are forever students of the world and the universe. To expand your mind by putting yourself in new situations, learning new things, traveling, and just uh really absorbing other people's lived experiences and stories and letting them kind of rework the way that you see the world. This can be a period where you are expanding your horizons and perspective of the world. But this is also a time where you might feel like you're dealing with misunderstandings. Maybe people just don't seem to get what you're trying to say, or maybe your intention is misread. This can bring delays in conversations too, if there are important conversations that you're trying to have. And if you're traveling, there can be more uh issues like delayed flights or you know, missing a train or a connection flight or something like that. So just try to plan accordingly because this can definitely mess with your schedule a little bit as well. Sometimes a a positive manifestation of this is that you return to a subject that used to interest you. Maybe you want to go back to school, maybe you want to take an online course, maybe you pick up and read a book that really inspired you in the past, and you have a newfound sense of inspiration moving forward.

You could be dealing with paying down debt, maybe you need to have important conversations with a lover, a family member, a roommate, or a landlord regarding shared resources and finances. This can be a time where you are reflecting on your spending habits and maybe you need to come up with a budget for yourself or rethink the way that you invest your money. This is also an emotional time. This is a powerful time for healing, inner work, spending time with the feelings you ignore, feelings of shame, guilt, anxiety that you tend to reject. Doing so can feel triggering and difficult, but ultimately it can be freeing and kind of give you a blank slate for new opportunities and people to find you in the future.

Virgo, when Mercury goes retrograde in Pisces, this brings attention to your one-on-one relationships. So, yes, can exes come back into your world? Absolutely. Do you feel like you want to reach out to an ex? Maybe. But typically, this is a period of reflecting on old relationships. What did you learn in those relationships? What were your strengths? What were your weaknesses? What do you hope to not repeat moving forward? Sometimes you might be in a little bit more of a nostalgic mood, and maybe you're dreaming about an ex or seeing their name on a sign when you're driving around, but there is this need and beauty and wisdom that can come from reflecting on old relationship patterns and dynamics. Now, in current relationships, sure, this can bring a little bit of drama. If there are conflicts that have gone unaddressed, this is the time to do so and navigate those. And sometimes if you are working on contracts or if you have client work, this can also bring misunderstandings or delays, but they should be worked out by the end of the retrograde. So just take your time and be patient.

So for some, this could be a period of time where you're working on kicking a habit and integrating new habits. This can also be a time where you are learning how to set better boundaries, or maybe you're reflecting on your current obligations in your personal life or at work, or you're taking on more responsibility at work, or you're dealing with a micromanager, and there could be some interpersonal conflicts or drama that you need to sort through. If you have pets, there could be some sort of issue that you're dealing with, or maybe you have a puppy and you're trying to potty train it, or you're thinking about adopting a pet, there could just be some sort of little milestone or frustrating period in their life that you are moving through as well. If you are someone who tends to take on a lot, this is also an invitation to learn to set better boundaries and to establish a healthier work-life balance so you can protect your own peace and free time as well.

So X flames, levers can re-enter your orbit, but it's also possible you're reflecting on your relationship with sexuality and pleasure. Maybe you're ready to experiment or try new things, or maybe you are picking up a hobby that you used to enjoy or an activity that you used to enjoy, because this also has to do with your relationship to joy, pleasure, presence, and fun. This can be a great time to pick up a creative hobby that you used to do or to try something else out. If there is some project that you were excited about in the past but you tabled it for whatever reason, this can also be a great time to pick it up. So maybe you are considering moving, or maybe you're going through some sort of drama with a family member or a roommate, or maybe you're just feeling more nostalgic and sentimental. There could be people from your past who re-enter your life. You could hear from a family member who you've lost touch with, or maybe you are thinking more about the generational cycles and patterns that you've picked up from your primary caregivers. And this is an opportunity for you to break those cycles, even though that is a big task. It can ultimately feel freeing by the end of this transit. There might also be some hiccups or delays or inconveniences that are taking place at work, but ultimately when this clears, it can bring a deeper sense of security and stability.

You might experience hiccups, technology issues, misunderstandings, friends, people from the past can re-enter your world, and you might be more misunderstood. And this is going to be an important time for you to triple check your schedule, read emails and texts for typos, make sure you're texting the right person because it's really easy for messages to get sent to the wrong places or for you to accidentally say the wrong thing. This could also be a time where you are stepping back into a student or teaching role. Maybe there is a skill you want to hone or something that you want to learn or you want to learn a language or you're reading an old book that you used to enjoy. And if you do have siblings and extended family members that are in your life, this could also be a time where you are moving through either issues with them, conflicts, disagreements, or reworking that personal dynamic in some way.

Aquarius, when Mercury goes retrograde in Pisces, this brings attention to your finances. So if you are trying to apply for a job right now, the process might take longer. That doesn't mean that you need to lose hope or give up, but just know that this is going to be an extended interview process or it may take longer to hear back from a job that you applied for. If you want to ask for a razor promotion and some of those conversations started, but maybe they stalled, it's the same thing. The retrograde process can just elongate the entire process. So keep that in mind as well. This might also be a time where you are ready to get back on track with your budget. Maybe you're aware of your own spending habits and you're ready to put a new budget in place. This is not the best time to make purchases online or site unseen because there can be this need to have to redo. So maybe you order something and it's the wrong size. Maybe you order something and you don't like the material or you thought it felt different. So just keep that in mind as well. It's better to hold off from spending if and when possible.

This can look like setting new personal goals for yourself. It can look like redoing your wardrobe or changing your hairstyle or just showing the world a different side of yourself. This is also a time where you can hear from people from your past, or maybe there are important personal items or news that you are reflecting on and you want to share it with the world, but you're taking your time. This energy does ask you to focus on yourself and to take up space and make yourself the main character because you always are taking care of others.
