This is your daily horoscope for Friday, April 3rd, 2026. All times are Pacific Standard Time. The first aspect of the day takes place around 4 30 a.m. when Mercury and Pisces forms a trine with Jupiter in Cancer. Now this is going to bring us back to March 9th and also February 16th of this year, because Mercury was retrograde in Pisces and it connected with Jupiter three times. So you can think of this as like the third and final act of this storyline. Now this planetary connection is taking place at 15 degrees. So if you have any planets or placements around 15 degrees of the water signs, you'll feel the benefits of this the most intensely. Mercury is the planet of communication, the mind, information. Jupiter is a planet of faith and hope and our goals and beliefs and abundance and justice. And this is a beautiful time for expanding our mind, for having conversations and sharing ideas and sharing feelings that bring healing and compassion to our relationships and to the collective. This is a great time for divination work. And think back to those two previous dates because there is something similar that is building up to this moment. This can also be a moment where you're really able to feel your feelings. You're finally able to have that good cry or to take something you believe in and that you care about and bring attention to it or make progress in some meaningful way. Now around 5 a.m. the moon enters Scorpio, and at 3 30 p.m. the moon and Scorpio forms an opposition with Venus and Taurus. And also at 3 30 p.m., the moon in Taurus forms a square with Pluto and Aquarius. And that is because also at 3 30 p.m. Venus in Taurus forms a square with Pluto and Aquarius. Now this is all taking place at the same time. And we also have the moon mixed in there, which means it is bringing that energy down to us because it is the closest celestial body to Earth. So it's bringing it to us in a more prominent and pronounced way. So essentially what is going on right now is we're feeling the energy of Venus square Pluto. And we're feeling it right now because the moon is traveling between those two planets as the moon moves through the sign of Scorpio. I think I misspoke earlier and said moon and Taurus. The moon is in Scorpio. Okay, so what does it mean when Venus forms a square with Pluto? Venus has to do with our relationships, our connections, our personal values, our finances, our desire and creativity. Pluto is this planet of power and control and jealousy and obsession and the taboo and what we would rather ignore, our shadow side, control. So when Venus and Pluto form a harsh aspect, it can really activate some of our triggers and our coping mechanisms and our survival instincts and our old patterns that we've developed out of survival mode, especially in our key relationships. So for some, this can look like jealousy or controlling tendencies. For others, this can look like obsessing over something or replaying a story or fixating on something or someone or being stuck in the past or the future and struggling to surrender to the present moment. Now it's important to note that these two planets are forming this harsh angle at five degrees. So if you have any planets or placements around five degrees of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, or Aquarius, you are the main character. And this might be a moment where you are experiencing some sort of pivotal shift regarding a key relationship, regarding your relationship with pleasure, joy, and creativity, or maybe you are engaging in a hobby that feels healing and you had to face some of your fears or push back against what others consider taboo. This can be a moment of catharsis and healing as well, a moment where you are reclaiming your power. But just keep in mind that typically this energy does tend to show up in a difficult manner. So other people might be a little bit more reactive or really fixed in their ways because these two planets are clashing in fixed signs. So there is a stubbornness there. And while this isn't easy energy to navigate, it does help reveal certain relationship wounds or patterns or ways in which you're not acting in alignment with your personal values, or maybe it's time for you to reassess your own finances and your resources and how you invest them. Are you investing them locally into your community? Or are you giving up slight convenience for something to show up on your doorstep the same day? And instead of going with Amazon Prime, you're ordering directly from the vendor itself and the money goes back into your local community. And maybe it takes an extra day to get to you. These kinds of things can also be very helpful to reflect on as Venus forms a square with Pluto because Venus does have to do with our finances and Pluto does have to do with power, and this is some of our power under capitalism.
