This is your daily horoscope for Monday, August 3rd, also known as My Birthday 2026. Where are my fellow Leos at? The action starts out around 3 a.m. when the moon in Aries forms a shrine with Jupiter and Leo. This brings a beautiful synergy between the moon and a planet of support, Jupiter. So this could be a moment where you are feeling grateful, you're feeling embodied, you're feeling sexy, you're feeling hopeful, you're feeling generous. Or maybe you're just having some really good sleep. Around 10 a.m., the moon in Aries forms a trine with the sun in Leo. And this brings a sense of harmony and ease between the moon and the sun, the two luminaries. And this is great for getting things done, for feeling in alignment, for feeling grateful, and for things going according to plan. This is also passionate, lively, creative energy, and it can give you courage and confidence to just put yourself out there, take a risk, and do the thing. Now around 1 p.m., Chiron stations retrograde in Taurus. And this is a little bit of an ouch. It's taking place at zero degrees. So if you have any planets or placements around zero degrees of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, or Aquarius, you're the main characters. Now, this is also going to bring us back to the moment that Chiron first entered Taurus on June 19th. And it's also going to bring us back to January 2nd, which was the day that Chiron stationed direct. So there are similar themes, topics, and storylines that are intertwined both personally and collectively, running through these dates and time periods. Now, Chiron in Taurus is the beginning of a new chapter. And personally, we're probably still figuring out what that means, what that looks like for us. And collectively, it has a lot to do with the earth, with humanity, with our personal values, with embodying those values and acting on them instead of just preaching about them or thinking about them. And that might be how this is showing up for you. But we are at a turning point and we have been for a long time. But this we're moving through and living through a polycrisis, right? There are genocides in Sudan and Congo and Palestine and Lebanon. We know Israel is hiding bombs and disguising them as soccer balls and poisoned cans of foods and shooting babies in the head while they're breastfeeding, you know, at their mother's or, you know, birthing persons breast. And ICE is kidnapping people, and the police are executing black and brown people, a continuation of enslavement and racism and hatred and violence and oppression persists in this country. And the way that we're treating the earth and extracting it. And we are continuing to see native land be stolen from the rightful indigenous people and stewards, like in Utah, Bears Ears and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monuments. The Trump administration just last week dramatically reduced the boundaries of these areas. AKA stole land without even consulting any of the tribes, the councils, the indigenous people, and just made this move on their own. So with Chiron going retrograde in Taurus, I think one of the most important things we can do is figure out how can you get involved in the land back movement and start in your local area. So find out whose land are you occupying and living on, because we all are doing that in some sense, unless you are an indigenous person or of Mexican descent or you know indigenous to this land in some way. Most of us are occupying the land. So figure out who are the rightful stewards and indigenous people. You can do that by going to native-land dotca and it will tell you which indigenous group and people's land you are living on. From there, do some research. Are there any organizations? Can you give monthly reparations? Are there skills or other ways you can donate your time, your energy to be a part of the movement? But this is an opportunity for all of us to figure out ways in which we can cultivate healthier relationship with the land and return not just the land, but the power and the decision making to the rightful owners and indigenous people who have lived with this land for thousands and thousands of years and are in right relationship with it and who know how to maintain that healthy, cyclical, natural relationship with the land as well. Now, later on around 4 p.m., the moon in Aries forms a conjunction with Saturn in Aries. And this might feel like a reality check. Maybe it feels like you've hit a wall, maybe you're feeling exhausted or disappointed, or you have to set a boundary, or you are dealing with a challenging situation, but it is testing your will and your maturity.
