This is your daily horoscope for Thursday, August 27th, 2026. All times are Pacific Standard Time. Now the action starts out around 10 a.m. when Mercury and Virgo forms a conjunction with the Sun in Virgo. This is known as a Mercury Cazimi. This is taking place at four degrees. So if you have any planets or placements around four degrees of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, or Pisces, you're the main characters. Now a Mercury Kazimi, kazimi is an Arabic word that means in the heart of, and it is when a planet is reborn in the heart of the sun. It is said to be strengthened. It can be a moment of illumination and clarity, especially when we have the planet Mercury, which has to do with our mind and communication. So this could look like an aha moment or having an important conversation or speaking your truth. There is just more ease in communication in general. So this could also be a powerful time to share some of your ideas, to send an important email or text, or to take action on one of your ideas as well. There might also be some sort of reversal or significant milestone in the Virgo section of your birth chart. So find which house Virgo occupies in your birth chart and learn about or research or search on the internet. What are the themes associated with that house? And there could be some sort of significant development that unfolds. Now around 12 p.m., the moon enters Pisces and it's building toward the full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces, which perfects at 9 18 PM Pacific Standard Time. Now this full moon lunar eclipse is also taking place at four degrees. So it has this Mercury Kazimi baked into the lunar eclipse, which is quite a big deal. And not only that, it is also forming a square to Uranus in Gemini. So I'll unpack that in a second, but let's talk a little bit about the full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces. Pisces is the final zodiac sign, it is a water sign, and it is a double-bodied sign. It's represented by the two fish swimming in different directions. So it's mutable, it's changeable, and it's emotional and intuitive. And as the final sign, we know eclipses bring fated endings and beginnings to our life, but as the final sign, this is going to really emphasize endings more so, or some sort of need to surrender, let go, integrate. There is a lot of feeling behind the full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces, and it's taking place in the first Deccan of Pisces, which is ruled by the Eight of Cups in the Tarot. The Eight of Cups is this figure that has eight of cups standing up right behind them, and they're moving off towards a mountainous journey ahead. And it's implied that there is this sense of sadness, of needing to let go, even if you don't want to fully, even if there is still love there or attachment there. It's leaving something and surrendering something and making a sacrifice. Sacrifice is a big Pisces word, for a higher purpose or a higher calling, or to kind of make a sacrifice to the gods, goddesses, ancestors, your spirit team. So you can bring in and co-create and manifest some of your goals and the desires that you've been dreaming about. So there's a lot of feeling here under the full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces. Lunar eclipses are not a time of manifestation, of uh setting goals or intentions. This is the moment where something is coming into being. There are revelations, something is illuminated. Uh, there could be a milestone that's unfolding in your life, and that could feel like a moment of manifestation, but that you're not at the beginning of that journey. So it is either helping you recognize what you're ready to move on from or creating the space so what you've been working towards can come into being. Now Pisces energy is also all tapped into the collective unconscious. Pisces is ruled by Jupiter, the planet of beliefs and wisdom and higher knowledge and philosophy. So there might also be some sort of important faded moment regarding your beliefs. And this could be an opportunity for you to act in alignment with those beliefs as well. Now let's look at the connections that the lunar eclipse is making. So we know that it has this kazimi baked into it, which is already gonna bring some sort of divine download, powerful conversation or turning point or insight. But the moon and Pisces will also be forming an opposition with Mercury and Virgo at 10:30 p.m. and forming a square with Uranus and Gemini around 1030 p.m. And the fact that the lunar eclipse is forming a square with Uranus brings an element of destabilization and uncertainty and surprises, liberation. It is some sort of revolutionary energy and risk-taking energy. So this is not the time to stick with the plan, assume that things are going to go exactly as you had hoped for, but there are twists and turns involved in today's lunar eclipse. And it's not really something that you can plan for or anticipate. There might be some sort of unexpected emotional reaction or conflict regarding your beliefs or understanding of the world, or you take a risk and you lead with your heart and your compassionate side and you stand up for what matters most, whether it's in your personal life or in the collective.
